About the Event
After many years of running a very successful Christmas Market event, the organisers have been planning a new attractive approach to the Christmas experience Saundersfoot has to offer that will attract even more visitors to the village over the full Christmas tide period.
Saundersfoot Coastal Christmas builds on the completion of the £12 million harbourside developments and provides a stunning backdrop to a unique Christmas time offering of a wide range products, services and entertainment.
There is a limited opportunity for the right trader to rent one of the ten special Christmas chalets that will form part of the tunnelled archway of lights that will provide the central attraction in the plaza area and is free.
Christmas in Saundersfoot always attracts thousands of people to the village and they come to enjoy the festive atmosphere, live entertainment, that special smell of Christmas and the enchanting magical Christmas Lights.
The barn door style chalets (3m x 2.5m) provide the most flexible option which can be shut to display and sell products or kept open to create a larger space.
Promotion
Saundersfoot Coastal Christmas will be promoted through its own specially designed bespoke website as well as via social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc), press releases and targeted flyer drops.
Quality
The festival is a Christmas event and therefore we are looking for exhibitors who offer goods of the highest quality with a seasonal feel to enhance the atmosphere. We hope to achieve a good variety of produce as well as a wide range of festive gifts and crafts.
