Information for Festival 2017 Exhibitors

Posted on Fri 3rd Nov at 5:13pm

Dear Exhibitor

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the Saundersfoot Christmas Festival by the Sea.

This will be the biggest christmas event we have ever held with the widest selection of stalls and packed agendas for the Music Box and Kitchen Corner promising to attract large crowds

You will see that the theme for the festival (formerly the St Nicholas Christmas Market) is all things coastal.

To help add to the atmosphere of the event we would like all exhibitors to bear this in mind when dressing their space.

The best dressed exhibit will receive a special Saundersfoot Coastal Christmas Festival prize as judged by the SCT team.

The festival is not opening until 2pm on the Friday giving exhibitors the morning  to get set up by 1pm.
